About Our School

John Adams Middle School is a neighborhood school that is home to around 850 students grade 6-8. We pride ourselves on having teachers, staff, students, and families that are dedicated to building a school community focused on fostering positive relationships, social & emotional well-being, strong academics, and community resources to meet any of the needs of our families. We are a Community School and can meet any of your needs. Just as the Rochester Public Schools mission says, we are all here to Inspire, Challenge, and Empower all our students.
